Share our Appeals

Thousands of people in the UK are searching for a missing loved one. You can help us be a lifeline when someone disappears by sharing our appeals for missing people online.

We regularly post new appeals every day on Facebook and Twitter. Start following us and share our appeals - you never know who might see it so your share could be vital.

Child Rescue Alert

If your child, or a child you know, went missing wouldn't you want the world to stop and look for them?

A Child Rescue Alert (CRA) is activated when a child is known to have been abducted or their life is believed to be at immediate risk. You'll get a text with the photo of the child and a number to contact if you want to report a sighting.

Every second counts and your support is vital.

You can register to receive Child Rescue Alerts here. It's free to reigster and you won't be charged if you receive an alert.

Help Build our Network

Poster Partners are organisations and businesses who publically display poster appeals of missing people when someone goes missing in their area. Poster Partners play a crucial role in the search for a missing person and can make a real difference.

Examples of Poster Partners may include cafes, libraries, shops, offices, bars, pubs and restaurants.

Do you know of any in your local area that might be happy to become a Poster Partner? Why not pop in to speak with them and see whether they're happy to sign up. They can register on our website here.

Get your Community Involved

Do you think your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours (and anyone else you can think of!) would be passionate about supporting Missing People too? If so, organising an event to raise awareness could be perfect.

Events like cake sales, fancy dress days, quizzes, raffles, and so many more, are brilliant ways to have fun in your community while raising vital awareness and funds for Missing People.

There are heaps of materials available online to help you get started. You can find them here.
