James was last seen at his family home in Faversham, Kent shortly after lunch on 17 May 1998. He hasn t been heard from since. Despite numerous appeals in newspapers and on television over the past years and various possible sightings across the South of England from Hastings to Brighton, James remains missing. His family are greatly concerned for James wellbeing as his disappearance came completely out of the blue. They do not want to interfere with James' life, they just want to know that he is safe and well. They also have important news to pass on to James. When James went missing, he was working as a horticultural technician in East Malling, so it is possible that he may have done some casual farm work since. James, who is known to friends as Jim, is 6ft tall, slim, with short dark brown hair and blue eyes. He often wore a gold hoop in his left ear. The accompanying age-progressed image has been created by Missing People to show how James may look in his late thirties.
